Technical Customer Success Manager with French

• Develop deep product expertise and serve as an authority on our product suite's features, capabilities, integrations, and enterprise-wide deployments
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers, driving business value and innovation while managing cross-functional collaboration
• Establish a systematic approach to gather and analyze customer feedback and lead the discovery of expansion opportunities
• Provide expert guidance and strategic support to drive optimal product utilization by customers

• Experience in customer-facing roles in a software company, preferably SaaS product company
• Advanced technical proficiency with proven ability to master complex software systems and technology stacks
• Superior communication, stakeholder and project management skills with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Fluent English and French (written and verbal)
