Team Member, Operations

Core responsibilities:

• Manage legal compliance and staff retreats as part of a nimble operations team to help FLI scale
• Review and negotiate contracts while managing relationships with external legal counsel
• Ensure organizational compliance with nonprofit regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Plan and execute bi-annual staff retreats, including venue selection, catering, and agenda support

This role helps FLI scale its operations to better support its mission of reducing global catastrophic risks from advanced technologies.
