• Lead a large, multi-disciplinary consultant team to prepare detailed design and construction supervision for major construction projects
• Ensure overall quality assurance for detailed design and works in compliance with international standards and contract conditions
• Prepare bidding documents for works, particularly for projects financed by international financing institutions

• Degree in civil engineering or related field to civil engineering
• Experience as a team leader of a large, multi-disciplinary consultant team for at least 3 major construction projects
• Experience with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and contract management
• Experience in preparing bidding documents for works, preferably for projects financed by international financing institutions
• Fluent in written and spoken English
