Team Lead, System Validation

• Build up and manage a System Validation Team
• Define testing strategies and participate in all project stages from definition to delivery
• Design and automate test suites to measure product/system quality indicators (KPIs)
• Support and extend existing regression systems to ensure scalability, quality, and reliability

This role contributes to the transition to a more sustainable, decentralized, and efficient energy infrastructure by validating cutting-edge Smart Grid technology that enables utilities to enhance grid visibility, flexibility, and decarbonization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in System Validation activities
• Strong understanding of electronic circuit/logic design and hands-on experience with lab instrumentation
• Proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting, knowledge of IP networking and communication protocols
