Team Lead Software Development (all genders)

• Take over technical leadership in full stack development and team lead role, responsible for guiding junior and mid-level developers while maintaining hands-on technical expertise
• Lead the development of scalable web applications and APIs for the Assetpilot product, using Angular frontend and Kotlin (Java) backend technologies, ensuring code quality and architectural best practices
• Support and mentor development teams in both frontend and backend development, conducting code reviews and establishing development standards for production-ready software
• Collaborate with product management, UX/UI designers, and other development teams within the Strategic Development department to deliver high-quality product features

This role contributes to renewable energy asset management and monitoring capabilities through the development of production-ready software for the Assetpilot platform, directly supporting the transition to sustainable energy solutions.

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or related qualification with focus on full stack development
• 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development with modern web technologies and frameworks
• Excellent knowledge of frontend technologies: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS, and modern web development practices
• Strong backend development skills: Kotlin (Java), Spring Boot, Spring Security, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
