Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Directly manage Project Managers and Grants' team Manager and Coordinator, providing support and growth pathways for team members
- Establish and maintain consistent standards for project and grant management, improving workflows and coordination across projects
- Collaborate with project leads on strategic planning, prioritization, deliverables, and aligning cross-team work
- Oversee grant compliance, reporting deadlines, and documentation standards while ensuring grant requirements are reflected in project plans

Required qualifications:
- Experience leading project management in complex environments (product development or tech environment a plus)
- Experience with grant compliance, reporting, and funder expectations
- Clear, confident communicator with strong judgment and experience working in remote/digital environments
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing effective project management practices aligned with organizational goals
