Team Lead Data Integration (all genders)

• Lead and develop a growing team of Data Integration Specialists, supporting both personal and professional growth while fostering a motivating and collaborative team environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data integration pipelines that ensure seamless, accurate, and reliable data flow across systems.
• Supervise the data analysis of topological, electrical, and commercial grid data to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the team's contributions to continuously improve the data integration framework, ensuring it remains scalable, stable, and fit for future requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements that boost efficiency, consistency, and standardization across the data integration domain.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, set clear performance goals, and align team output with broader company objectives.

You will play a key role in driving the success of data integration initiatives that support the energy transition by ensuring accurate and efficient integration of customer data across systems.

• Proven track record in delivering robust data pipelines, with strong ETL know-how and the ability to design scalable integration processes.
• First leadership experiences and understanding of how to build, develop, and inspire high-performing, highly motivated teams.
• Basic understanding of the energy sector and familiarity with the digitalization challenges facing modern electricity grids.
• Work in a structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented manner, tackling complexity with clarity.
• Communicate effectively in both German and English, across technical and non-technical audiences.
