What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to assess talent acquisition needs and provide solutions
  • Support talent acquisition processes including screening applications, conducting phone screens, and coordinating reference checks
  • Assist with coordination, facilitation and promotion of employee training programs and activities
  • Support the employee onboarding process and continued professional development

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, social sciences, or related field
  • 3-4 years of related experience, nonprofit experience is a plus
  • Experience and commitment to working within rural communities
  • Demonstrated success in a complex, fast-paced, high-performing organization
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, electronic signature platforms
