What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to assess talent acquisition needs and provide solutions
- Support talent acquisition processes including screening applications, conducting phone screens, and coordinating reference checks
- Assist with coordination, facilitation and promotion of employee training programs and activities
- Support the employee onboarding process and continued professional development

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, social sciences, or related field
- 3-4 years of related experience, nonprofit experience is a plus
- Experience and commitment to working within rural communities
- Demonstrated success in a complex, fast-paced, high-performing organization
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, electronic signature platforms
