Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design and deliver learning programs that enable employees to perform effectively as the business evolves
- Translate organizational priorities into structured learning paths, curricula, and experiences
- Launch and manage foundational enablement programs with internal subject matter experts and external partners
- Measure program effectiveness using learning analytics and adjust approaches based on data and insights

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness roles
- Proven experience managing end-to-end talent & learning programs from design through delivery and evaluation
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and instructional design tools
