Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for assigned customer groups, from role briefing through to offer acceptance for complex, niche/safety-critical engineering, production/manufacturing roles
  • Proactively headhunt, source, and engage high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels and tools
  • Screen and assess candidates against technical capability, soft skills, leadership potential, and cultural alignment
  • Partner cross-functionally with colleagues in People Operations, Reward, and Finance to ensure smooth hiring outcomes

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency-side
  • Prior exposure to hiring complex, technical, or specialist roles within engineering, manufacturing technology, or similarly demanding markets
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, scaling organisation with evolving priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management capability, with the confidence to challenge and influence when required
