Systems Engineer - General | Systems

Core responsibilities:

• Aircraft, Systems and Component requirements development and validation
• Aircraft and Systems requirement generation
• Modeling for system behavior validation activities
• ALM environment workflows and requirement management
• Test coordination and execution with fellow system and test engineers resources

This role contributes to revolutionizing electric aviation by applying engineering expertise to develop sustainable aircraft systems that positively impact the environment and lives of others.

Required qualifications:

• BS in a relevant engineering discipline
• 2+ years of experience on Part 23 or 27 aircraft or rotorcraft programs
• In-depth understanding of SAE ARP 4754A and ARP 4761
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management software tools preferred
• Passion for safety and safety analysis (Functional Hazard Assessments, Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA's)
• Comfortable working with certification engineers, DER's, systems engineers, and design engineers
• Ability to provide critical design feedback related to safety and requirements verification
