Systems Administrator

Core responsibilities:

• Support IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring all activities are effectively coordinated and completed on time within budget
• Install, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Guest Wi-Fi systems and wireless networks, including on-site installation and configuration
• Manage customer support calls, triage and resolve issues, create and track service desk action items, and maintain network security and stability
• Produce detailed technical documentation, meeting materials, reports, and participate in project meetings to ensure timely resolution of issues

This role supports the delivery of Guest Wireless Service programs for Federal and Commercial Markets, contributing to reliable network infrastructure that serves government and commercial clients.

Required skills and experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations and maintenance of systems and networks, specifically with installing, monitoring, and maintaining wireless networks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements and simplify customer requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate across all mediums and settings, and ability to obtain and maintain public trust government clearance
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 25% per year and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
