Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring all activities are effectively coordinated and completed on time within budget
- Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and administer Guest Wi-Fi systems, including traveling for on-site installation and testing
- Maintain security and stability of network solutions, create and resolve service desk tickets, and produce detailed technical documentation
- Actively participate in project meetings, communicate with clients and team members, and identify and communicate system risks

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 3-5 years in operations and maintenance of systems and networks, with experience installing and maintaining wireless networks
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ability to prioritize requirements, and strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to travel nationwide up to 25% per year and obtain/maintain at minimum public trust government clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S., with certifications like CCNA, CCNE, or CISSP preferred
