Sustainability Manager - Finance

• Lead client engagements and manage major accounts and complex projects within the financial industry
• Grow business by cultivating strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, securing new business, and co-creating solutions aligned with client needs
• Craft and implement account strategies that reflect client priorities and sustainability goals, working closely with internal experts
• Mentor junior colleagues and progressively take on line management responsibilities to support their growth and development

• 4-8+ years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields
• Proven experience in project management and solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English and French communication skills, with confidence using generative AI tools
