Summer 2026 Intern - Customer Success

Core responsibilities:

• Create and implement customer documents using industry-leading software
• Apply and verify XBRL tagging information to financial statements and footnotes for accuracy before filing deadlines
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance

This role helps ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance for customers through precise document setup and XBRL tagging, supporting transparent business operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Accounting, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions
• Technically savvy with high competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programs
• Professional, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
