Summer 2026 Intern - Content Marketing

Core responsibilities for this role include:

• Optimize, refresh, and retire content as part of ongoing audit work
• Formalize, refine, and add to the team's AI prompt library to improve efficiency
• Support monthly newsletter writing, compilation, and distribution
• Assist with podcast projects, including writing episode summaries and building resource/YouTube pages
• Take on day-to-day content tasks to free up team members for more strategic campaign work

This role supports Workiva's marketing efforts by executing projects and coordinating details across teams, contributing to campaign execution, analytics, content creation, events, partner marketing, and growth initiatives.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field of study
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
• Writing, editing, and content development (Content Marketing)
