Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct pre-deployment briefings for field staff to prepare them for psychological and emotional challenges
- Provide individualized support and counseling sessions to staff upon request
- Deliver virtual presentations on stress management, self-care, and coping strategies
- Submit quarterly reports with observations, trends, and recommendations for staff well-being

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Relevant university degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions
- Ability to provide services in English (French and/or Spanish preferred)
- Experience with confidential counseling and data protection compliance
