Stress Management Specialist for Field Staff

• Conduct pre-deployment briefings for field staff to prepare them for psychological and emotional challenges
• Provide individualized support and counseling sessions to staff upon request
• Deliver virtual presentations on stress management, self-care, and coping strategies
• Submit quarterly reports with observations, trends, and recommendations for staff well-being

This role reduces health and welfare risks for field staff working in challenging contexts, strengthens overall staff well-being, and reinforces the organization's duty of care toward staff members and their dependents.

• Relevant university degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions
• Ability to provide services in English (French and/or Spanish preferred)
• Experience with confidential counseling and data protection compliance

Hourly fee of 70-110€ paid against invoice. One-year contract with possible extension. Remote work arrangement.
