What you will drive

  • Conduct pre-deployment briefings for field staff to prepare them for psychological and emotional challenges
  • Provide individualized support and counseling sessions to staff upon request
  • Deliver virtual presentations on stress management, self-care, and coping strategies
  • Submit quarterly reports with observations, trends, and recommendations for staff well-being

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Relevant university degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions
  • Ability to provide services in English (French and/or Spanish preferred)
  • Experience with confidential counseling and data protection compliance

Benefits
