Strategic Partnerships Manager

• Identify, cultivate, and close partnerships with nonprofit organizations, foundations, and institutional partners for 100 Degrees Consulting and Prosper Learning Co.
• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person outreach to build relationships with potential partners and clients.
• Track KPIs related to pipeline volume, conversion rates, and closed deals, providing regular updates on revenue progress and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, cohesive messaging, and long-term partnership success.

This role helps nonprofit organizations more effectively utilize limited resources and make a more powerful impact on the people and communities they serve by driving partnerships that enhance financial strategy and capacity-building education.

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or business development, ideally selling services or programs to mission-driven organizations.
• Skilled at translating impact and value into funding or purchase decisions, with experience closing deals with foundations, institutions, or large nonprofits.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and excited about building systems from the ground up, thriving in a flexible, high-trust environment.
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, including designing outreach plans and conducting direct relationship-building conversations.

• Hourly base rate: $60-70 per hour for up to 10–15 hours per week
• Commission Structure: 5% of first-year client revenue, paid after 3 months of client activity, plus an additional 2% retention bonus if client is active at 12 months
