Strategic Partnerships & Growth Lead

As the Strategic Partnerships & Growth Lead, you will drive significant sales growth and establish Bright's footprint in the commercial and industrial (C&I) solar and battery markets. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies targeting C&I solar and battery projects, with a focus on achieving revenue growth
• Establishing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across the energy sector
• Coordinating technical, financial, and legal aspects of deals and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient, tailored solutions
• Achieving sales targets and demonstrating results orientation by achieving revenue growth with minimal oversight

This role helps transform the clean energy landscape by driving solar adoption in Mexico's commercial and industrial sectors, directly contributing to Bright's mission to reverse climate change through renewable energy solutions.
