Strategic Finance Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and in-year re-forecasting processes across the department
• Own and continuously develop the financial models that power our business
• Drive short and long-term business planning, ensuring alignment with Group strategy
• Oversight of the Electroverse Operational Finance team, with the Finance Manager and their team reporting directly to you

This role tackles the urgent issue of climate change by supporting a high-growth business leading the energy transition through electric vehicle charging infrastructure, making EV ownership smarter and simpler to accelerate adoption.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in building Excel-based financial models and Powerpoint/Google Slides-based executive packs
• Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance would be an advantage
• An understanding in business finance and accounting
• Ability to present complex financial analysis to non-financial stakeholders in simple ways
