Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Process equity grants, option exercises, stock transfers, and other equity transactions in accordance with applicable equity compensation plans and securities laws
- Assist with preparation and filing of SEC reports and forms, including Forms 3, 4, 5, S-8, and other securities compliance filings as required
- Manage and organize corporate governance documentation, including stock awards, option agreements and related equity documents
- Coordinate with transfer agents, stock plan administrators, and third-party service providers to facilitate equity administration processes and resolve discrepancies

Required skills and qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree
- 3-6 years of experience in equity administration within a public company
- Knowledge of federal and state securities laws and SEC filing requirements
- Proficiency with stock plan administration platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Shareworks, Certent)
