Mission
What you will drive
- Design, code, test, correct, and document moderately complex programs, developing and maintaining data pipelines using Python, cloud-native tools (AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, Bitbucket, Matillion), and streaming technologies
- Build front-end interfaces (ReactJS) and data products (Streamlit and Amplify apps) that present actionable insights, collaborating across IT, Grid Operations, Customer Service, and other teams to translate complex business needs into system requirements
- Support data product development, ensuring alignment with performance, quality, and governance standards, and assist in deploying and monitoring applications in cloud environments following DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Investigate problems in systems, processes, and services, assisting with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures, and contribute to documentation, testing, and maintenance activities as part of the agile development lifecycle

What makes you a great fit
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, management or other related field or equivalent experience, with typically two or more years in a related field
- Working knowledge of business goals, user experience design frameworks, change management processes, software configuration, operating system concepts, database concepts, and infrastructure concepts
- Experience with data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift to process large datasets, and proficiency in Python, ReactJS, and cloud-native tools (AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, Bitbucket, Matillion)
- Strong cognitive abilities including problem-solving under limited standardization, adherence to deadlines, effective team collaboration, communication under stress, adaptability to change, and acceptance of constructive feedback
