Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Prepare periodic and monthly journal entries and manage fixed asset and prepaid expenses schedules
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements monthly, ensuring accuracy of the general ledger
  • Assist with monthly financial close process and implement process improvements
  • Support core accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Payroll as needed

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1-3+ years' experience in an accounting role
  • Detail and service oriented with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience using Workday or similar accounting system
