Sr. Specialist, Commercial PJM

Core responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities for existing assets, both short- and long-term
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to preserve, improve, and optimize asset value
• Manage day-to-day relationships with counterparties, joint venture partners, and internal stakeholders
• Lead resolution of disputes with partners and counterparties and ensure compliance with commercial agreements

This role contributes to transforming the energy system to power a lower-carbon future by optimizing commercial value of energy assets and supporting the company's growth and lower-carbon ambitions.

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or professional designation is an asset)
• 5+ years in operational, commercial, engineering, business development, or financial/analytical roles, preferably in deregulated electricity or related industries
• Strong understanding of power markets, plant operations, and complex legal agreements
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $126,990 to $148,155 USD
