Sr. Security Engineer, Embedded Software

• Developing small software security tools
• Security focused code review of satellite and ground based software
• Security design reviews and running PEN tests
• Maintaining systems critical to the SatSec team's mission, such as Hardware Security Modules

Securing Planet's space-related systems to enable earth imaging and data solutions that help solve the world's toughest obstacles in commercial, environmental, and humanitarian sectors.

• Experience with embedded systems and encryption/cyber security concepts
• 6+ years of work experience in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or similar
• Proficient in C and Python
• Familiarity with open source tools and frameworks
