Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Execution & Delivery: Prepare and maintain the product roadmap for short- and long-term releases, define and deliver products including customer-facing features and integrations, collect and analyze data to determine product direction, work with agile scrum teams on feature implementation, maintain backlog and roadmap in Jira, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Serve as internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, support client-facing demonstrations, conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps, support strategic initiatives, and assist operations and engineering teams as required.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with complex, data-intensive products for enterprise and/or end-consumer customers.
- Builder of customer journey maps, mockups, and other artifacts to facilitate a great user experience.
- Mobile app experience working closely with designers.
- Empathy for the needs of customers using shipped software, clear and succinct communication practices, interest in emerging technologies, comfort with APIs and technical documentation, ability to juggle multiple projects, and efficient and ethical usage of generative AI.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Total compensation includes a base salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 plus equity (stock options) and benefits. This is a target range subject to factors like role, level, experience, and location.
