Sr. Product Manager

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for client and admin facing tools and products
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to shape strategy & roadmap, prioritize valuable problems, and launch MVPs
• Lead iterative product & design thinking to continuously measure, learn, and enhance user experience
• Build a deep and data-driven understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors across programs

Your work directly impacts Uplight's mission of decarbonization and building a more sustainable future by creating clean energy capacity that can be used by the power grid instead of burning fossil fuels.

• 5+ years experience leading product teams to understand highest value pain points and market opportunities
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading horizontal, multi-team efforts around shared business goals with embedded discovery
• User-first mindset advocating for simple, elegant solutions while balancing ambiguity and technical constraints
• Experience building enterprise software (B2B and/or B2C)
• Experience mentoring other PMs as a player/coach

• Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 + Bonus
