Sr. Performance and Reporting Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Manage the Authority's Capital Baseline, including technical documents, systems, and underlying data
• Integrate the baseline across functions and branches via coordination with PMO Cost Control team
• Develop, maintain, and review project controls data including budget, cost forecast, schedule, and risk information
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of the program's performance and variance analysis

This role ensures overall program performance is on track and provides forward-looking assessments of trends to support key decision-making for capital projects.

Required skills and experience:

• Senior management experience within Program Management Oversight (PMO)
• Expertise in project controls data management including budget, cost forecast, schedule, and risk information
• Experience with Capital Baseline management and governance processes
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and branches
