Mission

What you will drive

  • Customer & Partner Success: Own post-sales success for OEM partners and API customers, from onboarding and technical implementation through adoption and renewal, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
  • Technical support: You will be the first point of contact for technical support questions from customers and partners.
  • Customer Insights & Product Feedback: Serve as the voice of the customer to Derapi's product and engineering teams, distilling usage data, integration challenges, and customer feedback into actionable product insights and feature priorities.
  • Process Development: Design scalable systems for onboarding, support, billing, and customer engagement; identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track product usage and performance metrics across customer segments to identify expansion opportunities, quantify impact, and surface insights for internal strategy and investor reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree; experience in the distributed energy sector preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in software project management, customer success, or sales operations, ideally in the electric power, distributed energy, or SaaS software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and commercial teams in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for a technical product or platform.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and product metrics to inform strategy, identify trends, and measure success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Passion for accelerating the energy transition and enabling a more connected, flexible, and decarbonized grid.
