What you will drive

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and models to improve visibility into operational efficiency, delivery performance, and topline metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Insights: Partner with operations, engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Source and transform data creatively, even when systems are incomplete. Propose solutions and tools to streamline workflows.
  • Strategic Partner: Act as an analytics thought partner, translating complex findings into simple, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Metric Ownership: Help define and track key business metrics, enabling data-driven strategy across teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BA/BS in a quantitative field preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in an analytics role (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL (4+ years) and comfort with scripting in Python or R.
  • Strong data visualization skills using BI tools (we use ThoughtSpot and Looker Studio).
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and inferential statistics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfort leveraging AI/GenAI tools to enhance analytics workflows.
  • Knowledge of geospatial analysis techniques is a plus.
