What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Market integrated delivery projects directly to prospects and clients in mitigation, water quality, and resilience throughout North Virginia
- Serve as the face of RES to clients, agencies, and industry partners, helping identify and close opportunities for ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience solutions
- Work closely with land, regulatory, design, and project teams to pursue and win business opportunities, including identifying qualified leads, managing external relationships, and leading proposal development and deal structuring
- Represent RES at conferences and industry forums, becoming a key voice in restoration innovation

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a related industry, dealing with complex solutions with multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
- Experience assessing and managing project timelines, identifying risks, and aligning teams to meet deliverables
- Experience interpreting financial models and communicating financial health of deals
- Experience with contracts and key provisions; legal awareness in deal structuring
