What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Prepare the CEO for maximum effectiveness through research, briefings, and stakeholder coordination (40% of time)
  • Draft communications and follow-ups for the CEO, modeling organizational principles (20% of time)
  • Manage projects and processes involving the CEO to ensure clarity and follow-through (20% of time)
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, logistics, and meeting coordination (20% of time)

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience supporting senior leaders in executive support or coordination roles (3+ years total professional experience preferred)
  • Passion for clean energy transition required; 1+ years in climate/clean energy sector preferred
  • Experience in startup or fast-growing organizations preferred
  • Strong research, communication, and project management skills
  • High comfort with technology tools including Slack, Google Suite, and Asana
  • Exceptional judgment, emotional intelligence, and proactive working style
