Solutions Engineer

• Lead product demonstrations for transit agencies, operators, consultancies, and potential partners
• Partner with Account Executives/Managers to develop agency-specific strategies and pitches to demonstrate Swiftly's value
• Organize and run 2-3 day onsite workshops to train agency staff and help them see Swiftly's value
• Run pilot periods with agencies to derive quantitative savings and results for business cases

This role helps cities move more efficiently by improving transit service reliability, increasing ridership, and making transit operations more efficient through better data and technology.

• 3+ years of experience working at or with a transit agency
• Understanding of transit passenger information, planning, operations, and data standards
• Strong analytical skills with a love for data and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage communications with multiple departments at multiple transit agencies simultaneously

• Competitive salary: $115,000-$150,000 USD OTE (US) or $137,000-$167,000 CAD OTE (Canada)
