Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Work closely with Tantalus sales team members to effectively communicate Tantalus' value proposition and solutions to customers.
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements, lead technical engagements, present solutions, and coordinate proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs and market trends.
- Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and best practices to streamline the sales process.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years' experience in a technical discipline within a distribution utility.
- Strong understanding of utility distribution challenges and value propositions related to SCADA, operational technology, IT, AMI/Smart Grid, metering and Distributed Energy Resources.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to tie a value proposition of a technology solution to utility outcomes.
- Ability to build trusting interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with good business acumen and problem-solving skills.
