Solution Architect Lead - India GDC (Gurugram)

• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure technology solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve technology processes to ensure efficiency, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Work closely with product managers, software engineers, DevOps teams, and business leaders to define and refine technical requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across development teams.

• MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience designing, optimizing, and delivering complex, scalable, and high-performance software and infrastructure solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development architecture, cloud computing, and modern technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectural patterns, including microservices and serverless computing.
