Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales, finance, operations and project management for nonprofit solar installations
- Validate installer bids for small nonprofit commercial projects (30kW to 500kW), build accurate Energy Toolbase models, and manage projects from contract to Permission to Operate
- Analyze project designs, spot technical red flags, manage installation timelines, and ensure projects deliver promised savings
- Oversee solar and storage installations, track milestones, collect documentation, and ensure project schedules are met

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in solar and storage industry (Project Management, Sales Engineering, or Solar Operations)
- Proficiency in Energy Toolbase (ETB) and Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Understanding of small commercial solar, storage, and microgrid systems including sizing, design, equipment specs, and construction management
- Experience managing national network of third-party installers with remote Quality Assurance
- Technical experience overseeing microgrid construction and sizing systems for resilience hub purposes
