Mission
What you will drive
As a key member of the sales team, you will leverage your detailed product and process knowledge of our intralogistics software solutions to support the entire sales cycle, from initial pitches and requirements analysis to creating and presenting final offers to the customer. You will act as the primary technical advisor for both clients and the internal sales network.
- Support the sales process with detailed product and process knowledge regarding intralogistics software solutions (Warehouse Management Systems, Forklift Guiding Systems, Warehouse Control Systems, VNA navigation, control software for automated guided vehicles).
- Perform sales pitches, initial requirements recording, and demos; conduct workshops and create requirements analysis, conception, and process design with customers.
- Transfer worked-out concepts into budget offers and final offers, presenting them to customers; serve as a competent contact for technical questions on IT topics in the intralogistics environment.
- Advise and train the network (focus on intralogistics/automation sales) and create structures for its integration into the intralogistics software area.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Successfully completed studies (Bachelor, Master, etc.) with a focus on IT, logistics, or economics, or comparable education in IT/logistics or supply chain.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in software consultative sales or the intralogistics sector; experience in operational logistics and/or sales in the logistics environment.
- Experience in IT and/or software with warehouse management systems and/or intralogistics systems; ability to discuss material flows and intralogistics solutions with customers.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; customer-oriented, autonomous, team player, flexible, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
