Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of CoachArt's social media accounts with creativity and consistency
- Create original graphics, short-form videos, and captions that are human, authentic, and brand-aligned
- Develop platform-specific content to grow engagement, foster community, and highlight kids and volunteers
- Plan and execute a consistent, mission-aligned content calendar across platforms
- Support marketing design needs including email campaigns, event collateral, and occasional website updates

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management and/or digital design
- Proficient in Canva (primary design tool)
- Comfortable writing original social captions and editing short-form video
- Familiarity with social analytics and performance tracking
- Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects
- Passion for mission-driven work and community-centered storytelling
