Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule 1–2 visually compelling, on-brand social media posts per week
  • Develop 1–2 newsletter emails per month to share impact stories, updates, events, and calls to action
  • Design social media graphics and visuals in Canva (or similar tools)
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest creative strategies for growth and deeper connection with audiences

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with sharp eye for tone and storytelling
  • Knowledge of how to engage trans audiences and communicate with authenticity

Benefits

Compensation: $25/hour (part-time, 8-10 hours per week)

Classification: Non-exempt (Hourly)

Schedule: Flexible; ideally available 9-5pm PST one or two days per week (Mon-Thurs)
