Social Compliance Lead Auditor (Remote)

Core responsibilities:

• Execute social compliance audits for clients, primarily in the US, with approximately 14 billable days per month
• Manage and develop social compliance auditors while leading audit executions
• Provide technical input to develop operating procedures and methodologies to enhance client service delivery
• Serve as audit service stream program manager for selected large global accounts and collaborative programs

This role ensures ethical labor practices and social compliance in supply chains, promoting fair working conditions and responsible business practices for Eurofins' clients.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience performing social compliance audits consistent with established protocols
• Ability to prepare complete, accurate, and timely audit reports
• Subject matter expertise to support resolution of audit-related issues in key sourcing markets
• Experience training and developing junior auditors
