Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe and optimal performance of renewable energy assets, managing contractors for planned and corrective maintenance within time, quality, and cost parameters.
- Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) standards across wind farms, conducting audits, documenting incidents, and leading emergency planning.
- Operate and maintain 4 power plants (mainly windfarms), maximizing asset generation, identifying risks, and collaborating on value-added projects for efficiency.
- Deliver works within defined budgets, provide inputs for annual budgets, and focus on performance improvements to enhance profitability without compromising safety or quality.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills, experience, qualifications:
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil construction, with 2-5 years experience in the Renewables Industry and project management skills.
- Experience managing onshore wind farms (2-5 years), with knowledge of information documentation, monitoring, and reporting industry best practices; PV plant experience is beneficial.
- Strong experience in managing contractors and HSQE topics, with clear communication, wind turbine fault analysis, scheduling skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Able to be on site around 50% of the time, with residence near Hirson (02381), and availability for on-call responsibilities outside regular hours.
