What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media plans, website copy, emails, and internal communications for Fellowship and Foundry programs
- Lead communications for virtual and in-person events including promotion, content creation, and post-event reporting
- Manage community platforms like Circle and Google microsites, and lead newsletter development and Academy blog management
- Support program implementation by tracking timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless participant experiences

This role helps develop moral leadership skills in social innovators tackling poverty, supporting approximately 20 Fellows annually in Pakistan and engaging a global alumni community of over 1,600 graduates working to build a world centered on people and planet.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Development Studies, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in communications or program support
- Practical experience with digital tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, HubSpot, Canva, and Google microsites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good design sense and strong data organization abilities
