Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) Team Leader

Core responsibilities:

• Provide programmatic and technical leadership for SRH humanitarian activities, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
• Lead SRH sub-cluster coordination under the health sector response to the ongoing crisis in Sudan
• Supervise CO staff under the SRH Unit and ensure timely implementation of responsibilities
• Support resource mobilization and partnership development for SRH programming

This role creates positive change by leading sexual and reproductive health humanitarian response in Sudan, ensuring access to essential services for crisis-affected populations and contributing to UNFPA's mission of safe childbirth and fulfilled potential for young people.

Required qualifications:

• Advanced University degree in medical sciences or public health, or equivalent qualifications
• 7+ years experience in reproductive health, preferably in UN system or INGO
• Experience in coordination and implementation of Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) for Reproductive Health
• Fluency in English required; working knowledge of Arabic is an asset
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams to achieve demonstrable results

Compensation and benefits not specified in the posting. The position is a P4 grade Fixed Term appointment with 1-year contract duration and possibility for extension.
