SEO Specialist

• Lead the charge in owning and managing SEO strategies tailored to multiple international markets, ensuring alignment with local search behavior and business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and mapping across languages, regions and search engines with the support of translation tools.
• Work with global SEO lead & technical teams to make recommendations on hreflang tags, canonicalization and site architecture.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to optimize metadata, headers, internal linking, schema backup and content structure, liaising with marketing teams to create SEO optimized copy that resonates locally.

This role contributes to changing the world by getting more people on bikes through increasing visibility, traffic and conversions on Trekbikes.com globally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing technical and on and off page SEO, ideally in multiple markets.
• Proven understanding and success of managing SEO as part of a wider brand strategy.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital metrics and experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, GSC, adept at data retrieval, dashboard creation, and audience development.
