Senior Vice President of Capital Syndication| Innovative Finance - Bangladesh

• Lead capital raising efforts for IIX's flagship blended finance products, including Women's Livelihood Bond series, Women's Catalyst Fund, and new thematic vehicles aligned with SDG and ESG priorities.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with a global network of institutional investors, development finance institutions, private banks, family offices, and ESG-focused funds.
• Design and execute syndication strategies, organize investor roadshows, manage data rooms, and support due diligence processes.
• Build and manage detailed financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing, credit analysis, and investor negotiations.

This role drives capital toward high-impact enterprises advancing climate action and gender equality, contributing to IIX's mission of reshaping finance for sustainable development and positively impacting millions of lives.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance, or impact investing.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income products, syndication processes, and blended finance structures.
• Demonstrated experience engaging institutional investors and DFIs on multi-stakeholder deals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, cap tables, and sensitivity analysis.
