Senior Underwriter

• Underwrite complex commercial property risks
• Manage and grow a profitable book of business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agents
• Collaborate with teams to develop and launch new product initiatives

This role contributes to tackling real-world challenges through wildfire insurance and advanced risk modeling, helping communities manage and mitigate wildfire risks.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting commercial property, preferably on an E&S basis
• Demonstrated track record of building broker relationships
• Licensed in surplus lines in the Western US required, all 50 states preferred

• Competitive salary and benefits package, including remote work
• The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000
