Senior TechOps Generalist

• Provide delightful day-to-day technical support to all areas of the business to ensure employees can work efficiently
• Troubleshoot and fix a wide range of technical issues from laptop faults to SSO problems
• Collaborate with Security team to balance security, productivity and user experience
• Automate processes, improve user experience, and build self-service solutions
• Monitor and maintain office technology worldwide including networks, meeting rooms, and access control
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement for SaaS and hardware
• Lead complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders

• Breadth of experience leading technical projects across various technologies and platforms
• Technical knowledge to communicate effectively with both technical peers and novice users
• Experience with scripting, APIs, and automating repetitive tasks
• Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with multiple teams and managing stakeholders
• Experience supporting, managing and deploying applications to macOS, Windows, iOS and Android devices
• Experience with Identity & Access Management systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Single Sign-On technologies
• Understanding of identity provisioning technologies such as SCIM
• Experience designing and installing office networks
