Senior Technical Recruiter

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs across engineering, product, and design.
• Build and manage full-cycle recruiting processes to deliver a high quality pipeline of technical talent.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent, especially in AI/ML engineering.

This role helps build the team that supercharges the clean economy by financing clean energy and manufacturing projects, accelerating investment and lowering costs to support American energy and industry transformation.

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, with ideally 3+ years in-house at a high-growth tech company.
• Demonstrated success hiring across engineering, product, and design functions.
• Proven ability to attract and hire AI/ML engineers or related specialized technical talent.
• Strong experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to close.
