Senior Technical Account Manager

• Own a portfolio of enterprise clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business and technical environments deeply
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and business topics, ensuring seamless alignment between customer goals and our platform capabilities
• Translate customer needs into structured requirements and collaborate with product, engineering, and solution teams to evaluate feasibility, scope, and delivery timelines
• Analyze and navigate complex customer technical use cases to recommend scalable solutions and guide implementation decisions

This role makes an impact for enterprise clients during their EV charging journey by facilitating their growth through handling complex use cases and aligning them with technical aspects of the solution, contributing to the transformation of transport and mobility sectors through electric vehicle adoption.

• 3+ years experience as an Account Manager or similar position in a software development context
• Proven experience in account management, project management or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or with complex B2B products
• Technical proficiency and ability to understand complex software architecture
• Fluency in English (other languages like German, Spanish, French are considered a significant benefit)
