Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Develop strategic sourcing models for professional services to improve value of goods and services
• Implement cost-effective procurement practices, optimizing supplier performance and competitive pricing
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, bid documents, analyze proposals, and administer evaluation processes
• Craft negotiation strategies and build favorable terms and conditions with suppliers

This role supports Electric Hydrogen's mission to decarbonize heavy industry by delivering hydrogen from renewable electrolysis at prices below fossil fuels, contributing to the transition to sustainable energy sources.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5+ years experience in purchasing, buying, or procurement
• Demonstrated experience making data-driven decisions with incomplete information
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar tools

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary ranges: San Carlos Zone: $125,000-$147,000 USD; Natick Zone: $109,000-$128,000 USD
